Intermediate & Competition Classes
*These classes cover many skills. Each student & dog team will advance at
their own rate. Thus, it's impossible to predetermine the layout of each class
session. The number of sessions students attend at this level may vary for
each individual.

Advancing:
Many of the skills listed here are skills that those who pursue agility continue
to work on throughout their dog's career. When your team is ready to advance
to running full 20 obstacle courses, your instructor will recommend moving into
a competition level class.
Intermediate Classes

On Course
These classes continue on indefinitely. Each week you'll see a new course,
hopefully with a few different courses within that set up. Rather than talk
about 1 course for an hour, be prepared to potentially run a couple of different
sequences --- much like you would at a trial. Classes will have the option to
work more thoroughly on pieces of the first course if they choose.

The instructor will be available to help develop training plans for any
challenges students face. You may choose to spend your time on course
working training exercises with the instructor. Discuss any training needs with
your instructor, allowing time for us to prepare exercises. InJoyDogTraining
will request you schedule a private lesson for any specialized training that
extends beyond your fair share of class time.
